Biddle Housing Opportunity Center

This fantastic project was rewarding as we were supporting the community. The project included a complete gut and rebuild of an existing 18,000 square foot building into a homeless shelter serving the residents of the City of St. Louis. The building was initially constructed in the 1930s, and its initial purpose was an open-air farmers market. The facility is equipped with a full-service commercial kitchen, serving approximately 200 meals three times a day. It also boasts a cafeteria, training center, classroom areas, staff offices, men's and women's shower facilities, an industrial laundry room, and a dormitory area with beds for approximately 100 guests.
