St. John

Ben Hur construction provided Construction management and general construction services for St. John's four-story ministry office building. This 45,000 sq. ft., three-floor state-of-the-art learning facility was the crowning component of the multiphase $16 million projects on the St. John Campus. It involved extensive foundation underpinning and shoring of the existing building adjacent to the new structure. The entry includes a 40' tall backlit glass atrium. In addition to the ministry office building, Ben Hur provided construction management and general construction services for the 30,000 sq. ft., three-level youth center. The complex interior wall angles and open floor areas of this facility created a challenge for subcontractor coordination and alignment control.
