The University of Kentucky Student Center project consists of 360,000 square feet (247,500 square feet of new construction and 112,500 square feet of renovated construction). The new construction includes a movie theatre, bookstore, and food services for the largest University in Kentucky. The renovation consists of two buildings – one constructed in 1938 and the other is the Alumni Gymnasium which in 1924. The Alumni Gymnasium is where Adolph Rupp started his storied career with the Wildcats.

Ben Hur fabricated and erected the structural steel and installed the miscellaneous steel package for this project.
